An experimental biotech submarine has been sabotaged from within, and its crew need to be rescued before the ship's artifical heart fills the vessel with blood.

OPERATION: IRON LUNG is a two-page one-shot mission for FIST RPG; a pointcrawl through a dying submarine filled with cultists, vampires, squids and blood.
